My Favorite Christmas Song(s)    By: Producer Rosie

So Rob Lucas told us to just pick ONE Christmas song to talk about… but how can I?  There are SO many to choose from, and so many that mean a lot!  I decided to do a mini version of my own Top 5 Christmas songs (sorry, Rob):

5. Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays –*NSYNC

(Of course I had to include a boyband. This one is a classic for the 90s babies!)

4. The Prayer- Celine Dion and Andrea Bocelli

(This song is just so pretty to listen to, and it always gives me the chills…a favorite of my whole family for sure! Celine’s Christmas album These Are Special Times is                               amazing itself! I can listen to it all year round!)

3. All I Want For Christmas Is You- Mariah Carey

(You can’t think of Christmas without this song. And a special shout out to everyone who tries to hit that high note at the end alone in their car)

2. Do They Know It’s Christmas? - Band Aid

(This song is actually really depressing if you take a close enough listen. But it reminds us of the true meaning of Christmas in a 80s pop tune, and I can’t help but get                             goosebumps when this one comes on!)

1.  Santa Claus Is Coming To Town- The Pointer Sisters

(This version of the song reminds me of when I was a little kid and my parents used to play the cassette tape of A Very Special Christmas. The Pointer Sisters put their own                  spin on the song, and you can’t help but dance around and get excited for Santa’s visit on Christmas Eve! I also need to mention Bruce Springsteen’s version…. Another                      classic!)

Special Mentions:

White Christmas – Bing Crosby

Last Christmas- Wham!

Candy Cane Lane- SIA (a newbie, but SO fun!)

And everyone knows, the best way to listen to Christmas music is decorating the house with the volume at full blast!

Merry Christmas! :)
