SPCA Wednesday! Adoption Fee Waved For Snowy!

September 7, 2016

This front-declawed Lynx Point Ragdoll Mix is petite at only 8 1/2 pounds...and she relishes in her lovely, girlish good looks and baby blue eyes!

Snowy was a stray, believe it or not, found on Seneca Street and South Ogden in Buffalo last month. It's not often that we see Ragdoll strays, and even less often do we see them front declawed. That tells us this sweetie was definitely owned, and perhaps the owner hasn't considered checking at our SPCA in Tonawanda since it's a little far from the location the kitty was found. But an all-out search of surrounding areas is compulsory when a pet is lost! In this situation, as in many others, a good Samaritan, realizing Snowy was most likely a pet, brought her out to the SPCA in Tonawanda for safe housing and care. This is what happens frequently when pets are found - they're transported away from the actual site found.

We're guessing this little lady is about 9 years old, and her stunning, good looks can be maintained in a home where she'll have a true companion...someone to keep warm on the cool nights that are not too far in our future!

Visit Snowy at the SPCA's Tonawanda shelter! For details, call SPCA Adoptions, 716-629-3531! ADOPTION FEE WAIVED!
