This weeks Independent Health's "Healthy Tailgating Recipe" winner is Emily Sheehan from Buffalo.  Chicken Wing Dip is THE definition of a perfect tailgating dish....but along with that comes many calories. In order to make this dish healthier, you have options! Healthy Chicken Wing Dip incorporates using healthier chips for dipping, plus Greek yogurt and reduced-fat ingredients!

 

INGREDIENTS:

4 oz. of reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Frank's hot sauce
3 cups shredded cooked chicken

 

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat your over to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and transfer the mixture to a greased pan.
Place the pan in the over to bake for 30 minutes. Let cool...and be sure to cover with foil to keep it warm for your tailgating needs.

 

And there you have it....a healthy chicken wing dip.
