Independent Health "Healthy Tailgating Recipes" Winner

This weeks Independent Health's "Healthy Tailgating Recipe" winner is Ashley Kerchenski from Niagara Falls. Want a delicious, healthy snack for this week’s Tailgating Party?  This Vegetarian Taco Dip is a sure crowd-pleaser!  It’s a healthier version of the original taco dip, served with nacho chips or raw veggies. Check out the recipe below! 

Amazing Vegetarian Taco Dip

16oz cream cheese
3 cans Hormel vegetarian chili
1 can mild chili peppers
Shredded Mexican or taco cheese
Spread cream cheese on bottom on 9 by 9 pan.
Pour chili over cream cheese layer and mix in chili peppers.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake 350 degrees for 20 mins.

Serve with nacho chips or raw veggies!
