Independent Health "Healthy Tailgating Recipes" Winner

This weeks Independent Health's "Healthy Tailgating Recipe" winner is Stacy Kerchenski from Niagara Falls. Looking for a fun way to eat fruit, well here it is!  This incredibly simple and "light" and you can serve it with fresh strawberries, grapes, pineapple or any fruit of your choice!  Check out her "Strawberry Fruit Dip" recipe below!

Strawberry Fruit Dip
8oz light strawberry cream cheese
8oz light or sugar free cool whip (defrosted)
8oz fluff

Blend all three ingredients with an electric mixer. Eat dip with strawberries, grapes, pineapple or any fruit of your choice. It's amazing!!
