Independent Health "Healthy Tailgating Recipes" Winner!

This weeks Independent Health's "Healthy Tailgating Recipe" winner is Jeanne Green. Looking for an easy, gluten-free, low carb, high protein pizza? These Cauliflower Pizza Bites are amazing and guilt-free!  Check out her "Cauliflower Pizza Bites" recipe below!

Ingredients:  2 cups cut-up in small pieces of cauliflower,1/4 cup egg whites, 1/8 cup low fat cottage cheese,1/4 cup parmesan cheese,, 1/2 tsp each oregano, basil & garlic powder, 1/4 cut in quarters turkey pepperoni.

Preheat oven to 425. Line mini muffin pan with liners. Place cauliflower in microwave and cook until tender. Place cauliflower and rest of ingredients in food processor and blend. Spoon into mini muffin pans , bake 30 minutes .

Serve with pizza sauce and enjoy!
