Cleveland Cavs Owner Giving NBA Championship Rings To Arena Janitors

September 30, 2016
The Cleveland Cavaliers won the 2016 NBA Championship, and team owner Dan Gilbert has decided to give championship rings to just about everybody.

The players and coaches obviously get rings, but now the janitors, concession staff, and ushers at Quicken Loans Arena are all getting them.

I have a friend that did the arena announcing for a WNBA team, and I remember thinking it was weird when he told me that he got a championship ring when they won. After hearing this though I think it's kind of cool!
