After 5 Years, LL Cool J Has Been Replaced As Grammy Host

November 22, 2016
Late-night host and "Carpool Karaoke" star James Corden will host the Grammy Awards in February according to the AP.

LL Cool J has hosted for the last 5 years but producers wanted to switch it up. Corden seems to be the perfect man for the job. He loves music and has been onstage with many artists, not to mention his Carpool Karaoke antics.

This will be his second major US awards show - He hosted the Tony's last June to rave reviews. I am really excited! LL Cool J did fine, but I have always preferred a host with a comedy background.

The Grammy's will air live Feb. 12 from L.A. on CBS.
